Brian Johnson
I lead products from customer problem to shipped result: deciding what to build, what to cut and how to measure it. Four products so far, from research to launch or handoff.

How I work
I start from the outcome and the business case, then work back to the plan. I move quickly, I'm happiest with a few projects underway, and I'll question how something is done if there's a faster or better way. I research deeply before I commit, and I care more about the team's result than about credit for it.
I do my best work with clear goals and constraints in writing, the options laid out with their trade-offs, and room to find the answer rather than a decision made in advance.
One thing to know: I'm direct and I move fast. If I skip past something, tell me. I'd rather check we're aligned than assume.
Based on my TTI DISC assessment, October 2026.
